WildSun Birth Co. currently offers one birth doula package. It includes prenatal birth preparation, labor support, and limited postpartum care.
Package cost: $1,500
A 50% deposit is required at booking, and remaining 50% due 3 weeks prior to your due date.

Two birth planning sessions, in-person at your home. Each visit will last about 1-2 hours, depending on what we want to cover.
Prenatal visit #1 will be about getting to know each other, some labor basics, understanding your hopes and vision for the birth, talking about a birth preferences sheet, and some logistics (like what to do when you think you’re in labor!). Really, this is a session focused on connection and understanding of what’s important to you.
Prenatal visit #2 will focus on the “what-if’s” of labor, postpartum planning, practicing some labor positions and support skills, and getting into any details that are especially interesting to you. This session is more on clarity and confidence-building. I know you have a thousand tabs open and have been hearing advice from every person you meet — let’s start clearing out the noise and planning around your unique family.
Together we’ll create a customized roadmap to help you navigate the final weeks and months pregnancy and capture all of your priorities in a birth plan you can give to your providers. You’ll receive a custom birth essential checklist, one-page “partner cheat sheet”, my favorite resources and recommendations, and postpartum guides — all packaged in a beautiful folder so you feel organized and prepared.

Labor + birth support
included in base package
My number one purpose is to provide you continuous emotional and physical support during labor and childbirth. This means I will be by your side from the moment you need me — in your own home or meet you at your chosen birth location — and will stay until after the baby is born and you feel settled. This includes:
On-call support from 38 weeks until your baby is here
Continuous labor support that’s going to look a little different for everyone. It might include helping you get into optimal positions to help the baby move through your pelvis, providing comfort techniques for you and your partner, helping you advocate for yourself with the rest of your care team, and definitely providing emotional comfort and reassurance along the way.
Help navigating decisions by reminding you of your priorities, de-coding medical jargon, and making sure you have the information you need to make choices that fit your growing family best.
Immediate postpartum support for the first hour or two after delivery, to help you get settled and assist with feeding your baby, as needed
If time allows, I’d love to help document your birth experience by creating a time-stamped log of events and snapping photos with your camera along the way. That said, I’m no photographer, just someone with a steady hand who can point and shoot.
postpartum care
included in base package
Two postpartum visits after you’ve gotten back home. These are hands-on visits in your own space to help in those early days and weeks with a new baby.
Postpartum visit #1 will be within a few days after you get home or give birth.
Postpartum visit #2 will probably be a few weeks later, depending on what you need.
I offer help with newborn care, feeding your baby (breastfeeding/chestfeeding, or formula), and time to process your birth experience with someone who was there to witness it. Let me come tell you what an awesome job you’re doing, make you some tea, hold your baby while you take a bath or nap, and help with those dishes that might be stacking up.
While the birth often gets all the attention, we know it’s just the very beginning of a huge life shift. I will be there, as someone who has witnessed you through one of the most incredible transformations, to remind you of what a strong person you have become and to continue helping you navigate this new world.
